Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples and groups offering single session consultation, short-term (up to 6 sessions) or longer term in a safe confidential environment. There is no obligation beyond our first session and it is entirely your own discretion how you wish to move forward.

We have our own in-house counselling service called Time2Talk which is both free and confidential to access and you can access it at any point during your studies. It provides emotional one-to-one support in the form of person-centred counselling and CBT. Time2Talk Counselling has taken on another project to help reduce the time clients have to wait for their first counselling session via their GP. Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Providers are recognising that clients are waiting far too long to be seen and need something more immediate.
