Both world-class photography and zero waste food were things you could not experience in Estonia before. While the level of photography has little room for improvement, the art of zero waste food has continuously developed since opening. Restaurant Verōnika at Fotografiska Museum opens from Stephen Starr Verōnika, a new restaurant at the recently-opened, Fotografiska Museum , premieres to the public today in Flatiron. The concept comes from celebrity restaurateur Stephen Starr who runs New York heavy-hitters such as Le Coucou, Pastis, La Mercerie and Buddakan (among others). Fotografiska has the second best museum restaurant in the world.
